Mr. Bill Gates, Chair and Chief Software Architect of Microsoft Corporation was welcomed by Ms. Nami Takenaka, Chair of Prop Station nicknamed as Nami-ne once again since his visit in 1997.
Nami-ne emceed a special interview between Mr. Bill Gates and Ms. Seiko Noda, former Minister of Posts and telecommunications, now acting as chairperson of a Project Team in the House of Representatives for expedition of reforming the Universal Society, on the subject of "A Universal Society Created by IT."

This special interview is one of the features of Prop Station's "Challenged Japan Forum (CJF) 2003 in Chiba" to be held at Makuhari Messe, Chiba Prefecture on August 21-22 of this year.
