ABOUT THIS FORUM

1. Purpose of the Forum

We are aiming to expedite our plans for reforming a Universal Society with full cooperation of industrial, academic, governmental and commercial fields by utilizing IT as a keyword for the challenged (people with disabilities) and elderly people to live independent and productive lives by becoming taxpayers.

2. Theme

"Soaring a Universal wind from Chiba!"
We are dispatching positive messages to achieve our goal of accomplishing a Universal Society where everyone can share an equal role depending on their capability irrespective of age, gender and disability.

The Executive Committee on the CJF 2003 International Symposium in Chiba
